NORFOLK CORPORATE SUPPORT (NCS) was established in 1995 by Sue Norfolk who has 18 years experience in the Corporate Secretarial area.

NCS offer an extensive range of corporate registry services together with practical on site support to Accounting, Law Firms and Large and small Public Companies.

NCS work with the relevant professionals to register and provide the documentation required to set up new companies, trusts and business structures as well as company, business name, Title and bankruptcy searches.

Ensuring compliance with all the regulations and the Corporations Act 2001 is of vital importance. Failure to comply can have severe implications for company officers and the professionals who advise them. Keeping up to date is a prime concern.

This specialised area is ideal for outsourcing because it is a cost effective, efficient way to provide an excellent, up to date service, without incurring all the associated costs involved with training staff, payroll and superannuation obligations.

For example, NCS can provide experienced staff to work on site at your Accounting Firm to implement systems and maintain your client's company compliance, including preparation and lodgment of any ASIC (Australian Securities & Investments Commission) Forms including Annual Reviews, Changes in Company Details and new company and business name set ups.

NCS use BGL Corporate Solutions CAS Software to prepare and maintain company registers and ASIC Forms. We can offer temporary and part time experienced Users of this software to relieve and/or train your staff.

NCS can log in to your CAS database remotely to maintain and print required documents at your office.

NCS can provide training for you or your staff in preparation and lodgment of all ASIC documents required for companies together with advice and information on major Corporations Law Reforms.

NCS provide an Online Ordering Service for most commonly used services together with a secure credit card payment facility.

Sue Norfolk SUE NORFOLK (Principal / Manager)

Sue Norfolk has 20 years experience in the Corporate Secretarial area and has gained a wealth of knowledge during a period of much change and Corporations Law Reform.

Prior to establishing Norfolk Corporate Support (NCS) in 1995, Sue worked for various Accounting Firms specializing in this niche area.

Sue has completed the Chartered Secretaries Company Secretarial Course and currently assists the Company Secretary for 3 large Public Companies

Sue has recently become a proud grandmother with the arrival of her first grandson Ben. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and living life to the fullest.


James Simon JAMES SIMON

James joined NCS in June 2006 in the midst of much change, both within NCS and the Corporate Sector. Coming in from various administrative and retail positions, James quickly grasped his role and soon began to expand his responsibilities.

He is our front-of-house receptionist and prides himself in punctuality and an eye for detail. As such, James is currently undertaking study in Editing and Proofreading.

In his spare time James is editor-in-chief of an online publication, is an avid reader and a budding author. He currently resides with his fiancé and two cats in the northern suburbs in his newly built house.



Vicki Czepiel VICKI CZEPIEL

Vicki joined NCS in 2006 to fulfil the role of bookkeeper. She has succeeded admirably and is a very efficient and significant member of our staff.

Vicki's diverse experience in the administrative and office area have helped her to quickly learn many functions in the Corporate Secretarial area

She is very easy to get along with and enjoys being part of the NCS Team.






Annie O'Donnell ANNIE O'DONNELL

Annie commenced with NCS in September of 2006 on a part-time basis.

Annie began her career as a teacher and then became an Office Manager, Public Relations assistant and then an Executive Assistant working with senior management in various industries. In her role as EA, she assisted the Company Secretary of a listed company which is where she learnt what was required by the regulatory authorities

Outside work, Annie is renovating her home in Ascot Vale and trying to save her garden (not because of the drought but after the arrival of a Golden Retriever pup). Other hobbies include painting, family history and horse riding.



Adrienne Delia ADRIENNE DELIA

Adrienne (Ady) joined the NCS team in 2003. Adrienne began her career as a Junior at a Legal Firm in the City where she soon was promoted to Legal Secretary. From there she moved to Accounting and soon became very interested in Corporate Compliance area involved with accounting.

Adrienne's 8 year experience in the Accounting / Corporate field has brought to NCS a great understanding and efficiency in work standards.

From 2005 to now Adrienne's role at NCS has changed from full-time staff to casual as she has had two beautiful daughters Madison and Breigh. Outside work, Ady enjoys camping, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
